4. Automation Level

Depends on different levels of automation; In the design phase, the overall layout of the instruments should be considered, such as the automation level of the control cabinet and other key aspects.

5. Local manpower cost

In combination with the above point of "automation level", if the automation degree requirements are not high, it usually means that the cost of human resources in the customer's country may be relatively low. In the design stage, we can achieve a production line that is rich in human resources by changing the degree of automation and adding or removing different laundry powder making equipment; Vice versa, we can design a production line that is highly automated and requires minimal human intervention.

6. Fuel type

When the fuel is oil and gas, the same hot air stove, different burners, and auxiliary facilities can be used; When the fuel is coal and biofuels, another structure of hot air stove and auxiliary facilities need to be used.

Above all 3 points along with the previous mentioned 3 points, we have concluded that all 6 factors could potentially have great impacts on the washing powder production line design. And, are the fundamental characteristics a designer shall consider during the design phase. Beyond that, there are still oodles of details, factors that should be taken into account. Each of them may affect the clients’ investment to a certain degree more or less.
